Who this is for

For the team handling
the products that came back.

If you are a retailer or manufacturer, start with one batch of returned products and the figures you already have. You do not need to map the whole operation before using the calculator.

The problem

The products sold.
What did you keep?

The sale price is one part of the picture. Transport, processing, repair, storage and resale fees can also belong to the same recovery work.

Put the proceeds and the direct costs for one batch on the same basis. Then you can explain what the amount left includes, and what still needs an answer.

A clearer starting point

Use your own figures.
Keep the gaps visible.

A calculator does not have to fill in the blanks for you. Enter the recovery costs you know. Leave a missing cost blank and keep the result provisional.

A blank means unknown.
A zero means you know there was no cost.

What is inside

  5. Export the result with its inputs, and keep the calculator offline.

Questions

Before you use it.

Is it free?

Yes. The proposed calculator is free and yours to keep.

Does it tell me how much TICE can recover?

No. It uses the proceeds and costs you enter. It does not predict a provider result or improvement.

Is the result profit?

No. It is resale proceeds minus entered direct recovery costs. Original product cost, overhead and missing costs are excluded unless you explicitly include them.

What if I do not know every cost?

Leave missing costs blank. The result stays provisional until every listed cost is entered. Zero is a known zero.

Do I need to book a call?

No. Start with the calculator. If you later want help coordinating the recovery work, that is a separate conversation.
